Thank you for the article! When my sister was on dialysis, she was a baby and always sleepy. After her transplant, her sleep went back to a "normal" pattern. I work with clients who have sleep issues, do you recommend things like melatonin or Natural Calm?

Thanks Erena. No I don't actually recommend any over the counter or herbal remedies for sleep issues but instead focus on many of the positive aspects of sleep hygiene as noted by link in the article above. These are all well documented factors that have helped reestablish effective sleep habits which seems to be the most important part of dealing with sleep issues for most people.
